LAND TAX ASSESSMENTS
Assessment's were made on properties to see how much taxes the occupiers would have to pay. The information on each assessement varies, in some years just the names of the
inhabitants are given, in others both the names and the tenement names are given. This cd contains all the years that still survive—1754, 1760, 1761, 1762, 1763, 1765 & 1771.
This cd also contains 2 indexes made up from all the years put together one listing alphabetically by occupier and the other by address.
